Our Philosophy of Ethics
We do business different than the run of the mill electronics shops that you have probably seen or shopped at one point in your life or another. Our goal is to maximize the effectiveness of service we provide along with the products that we sell in order to make sure that you understand how something works and what it's true potential is. Our philosophy includes a few simple ethical standpoints.
1: We do not sell products with extremely sensitive, closed ecosystems. We want to be able to service your products within a reasonable amount of time without you having to spend an enormous amount of resources for the sake of being roundabout/closed off.
2: All products are advertised with the sales tax included, and include an in-house service warranty with the purchase of our power protection products. We will always honor warranties, HOWEVER, that also means, that if we can tell something that you purchased, was physically damaged in your possession, that we will not do anything to take back the product. You should understand how to properly treat and use something before you purchase it. While we can educate customers before they purchase, it is ultimately your own personal responsibility to understand what you are spending your resources on.

3: Nothing that we sell is sold without being stress tested and custom tuned. For example: all computers/game consoles we sell will be bench marked for at least 24 Hours with a resource demanding program. EVERYTHING gets stress tested. We simply will not sell anything in a condition we would not use it ourselves in.
